These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crownfall (the "Game"), developed and operated by Gopa Games ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1.Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases you make.
2.Your account
- You can play as a guest or create an account with an email address. Guest progress is tied to your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Game or change devices without linking an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
- Your username must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information.
- Accounts are personal. You may not sell, trade, share, or transfer your account.
3.Licence to play
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights in the Game, including its code, artwork, characters, music, and content, belong to Gopa Games or its licensors.
4.Virtual items and in-app purchases
- The Game is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency and items. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms.
- Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the Game. You receive a licence to use them in the Game, not ownership.
- Some items, such as chests, give randomized rewards. The possible contents are shown in the Game.
- Except where required by law or by the applicable app store's refund policy, all purchases are final. Refund requests for store purchases must be made through Google Play or the App Store.
- If you are in the EU, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately after purchase and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts.
- We may change prices, items, and game balance at any time.
5.Fair play and conduct
You agree not to:
- use cheats, hacks, bots, modified clients, or any software that gives you an unfair advantage;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
- interfere with our servers, reverse engineer the Game, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- buy, sell, or trade accounts or virtual items outside the Game;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual, or illegal content in usernames, clan names, or chat;
- deliberately lose matches, manipulate matchmaking, or abuse refunds.
Our servers check every action in a match. We may monitor gameplay to detect cheating and abuse.
6.Suspension and termination
If you break these Terms, we may warn you, remove items or progress gained unfairly, reset your stats, or suspend or permanently ban your account, without refund. You may stop playing at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing gopasoftware@gmail.com, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account permanently removes your progress and purchased items.
7.Online service and changes
The Game requires an internet connection. We work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or remove features, content, or game balance, and may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts play. We may discontinue the Game in the future; if we do, we will try to give reasonable advance notice in the Game.
8.Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gopa Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
10.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you keep playing after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
